We operate under a gift-based model, where customers receive marijuana as a legal gift with the purchase of another item, such as cannabis accessories. This allows us to stay in line with the law’s provision that permits the gifting of marijuana, rather than selling it directly. We ensure that all transactions meet the legal limits of possession, which is up to 1.5 ounces per customer, and verify that every customer is 21 or older with valid ID.
