All of our THCA products are rigorously third-party tested to ensure they meet this threshold prior to decarboxylation, as required by law.
While THCA is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid in its raw form because our products remain within the legal delta-9 THC limit when tested in their raw state, they are fully compliant under federal law. We maintain detailed Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for every batch and work closely with licensed labs and legal advisors to ensure all labeling, packaging, and product handling meet current federal and state guidelines.
